Pint of Professional Development

Pint of Professional Development is a 5-week professional development series designed to help early career professionals sharpen key skills to set them up for success and to open doors for growth opportunities! Each session includes networking opportunities, engaging content, and one beer or nonalcoholic beverage of the participant’s choosing. Program session topics include:

🍺 Practical Project Management

🍺 Professional Communication

🍺 Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace

🍺 Networking Through Community Engagement

A unique layer of this program is the follow up process. When registering, each participant must identify someone in a supervisory capacity who will receive follow up information about the content from the session. This information will help that supervisor provide support for the participant implementing new skills gained from the session. This also allows participants to more effectively demonstrate the skills they are gaining by participating.

The first four sessions will begin at the Visit Fort Collins office where the Professional Development content will be delivered from 3:30 - 4:25 p.m. After that, participants will travel to a nearby Old Town establishment for networking and to enjoy the beer or nonalcoholic beverage of their choice.. The Old Town establishments we will visit during this cohort are:

🍺 Equinox Brewing Co. 

🍺 Gilded Goat Brewing Company (Old Town Taproom)

The final session will take place entirely at:
